Territory Support Specialist - East Coast ($25-28/hr)

We're hiring a Territory Support Specialist to support Territory/Destination Managers in optimizing destinations for success. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25-28 and the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Territory/Destination Managers with administrative tasks and supplier communication
• Collaborate on special projects, acquisition, and general account management
• Ensure premier product offerings for assigned territories and third-party distribution networks
• Provide insights on competitiveness in destinations and monitor key metrics for corrective action
• Ensure availability of key products for sale and conduct regular quality checks
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing customer-driven enhancements

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B account/territory management
• Candidates must be based in the Eastern Standard Timezone
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is advantageous
• Strong technical background and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, highly organized, and operations-focused
