Ongoing training and development is one of ProPivotal’s core values. All new hires receive six weeks of formal training before they are assigned to a team, and all staff (100%) attend weekly training sessions conducted 50 weeks of the year. The program is not informal on-the-job training; rather our structured training approach is designed to train new hires on how to be successful serving our clients and candidates.
