Staff Accountant - $70K per year
A real
estate firm based in Boston, MA, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their
team. This role offers competitive compensation of up to $70k-$75k, along with
a 10% annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package, including 100% coverage
for health, dental, and vision insurance. The company operates on a hybrid work
arrangement, with employees required to be in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and
Thursdays, while working remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays. Conveniently
located near the Green Line, the office also offers free parking for employees.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with 1-2 years of real estate accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software is required, with experience in paperless AP systems being preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is also necessary. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills. The ability to manage competing priorities, work independently or as part of a team, and a high attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
