Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator - $55/hour


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Coordinator to supervise the clinical operations of all nursing floors in the absence of the Nurse Manager and/or Director of Nursing. This role involves assuming administrative responsibilities for the Center in the absence of executive administrative personnel. The ideal candidate must have an active MA RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting or 3-5 years in long-term care, and at least 5 years of leadership experience in roles such as charge nurse, supervisor, or staffing. Flexibility to work at both our Roslindale and Dedham sites is required, as well as an openness to educate and provide training to staff. The candidate should be someone who feels competent in their skills, is a jack of all trades, and can work effectively with all personality types. BLS Certification is required, and ACLS Certification is preferred. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $55/hour and the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.
