Real Estate AP Coordinator -  $65,000 base pay


We are seeking a Real Estate AP Coordinator to join our finance team in Boston, MA. This role offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $60,000 to $65,000, along with an annual bonus. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Yardi or Avid Exchange as this position requires managing accounts payable tasks at both property and corporate levels in a highly system-driven environment. Experience in real estate is crucial, as the role involves handling utility invoices and real estate taxes, and ensuring all vendor transactions are processed efficiently through our systems.


Candidates should have at least 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable within real estate operations and must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Key skills include the ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintain composure under pressure, and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of professionalism and collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and in-depth knowledge of accounting software are also required.
