Partner Support Specialist (B2B)

We are seeking a Partner Support Specialist to work remotely in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. This role pays $25.00 per hour and offers a unique blend of customer support, cross-functional collaboration, and light data analysis. You will support internal account teams by identifying product gaps, analyzing market trends, and enhancing operational workflows. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently within distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product, category, and destination research to identify gaps and competitive opportunities (e.g., tour formats, pricing, and availability)
• Support product enhancements by working with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Generate reports using tools like Looker and track performance metrics in Google Sheets
• Analyze pricing, availability, and competitor trends to support recommendations for new offerings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and contribute insights to improve overall product quality and positioning

Required Experience:

• 1+ years in a partner support, account coordination, internal operations, or sales support roles

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Background in the travel, tourism, or e-commerce industry
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Looker

Required Skills:

• Strong written communication for internal documentation and correspondence
• Basic to intermediate skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
