About the opening:

  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, and distributing correspondence.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals within the organization.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and placing orders as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative work.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
