We're seeking a Payroll Manager to join our team in Boston, offering a competitive compensation package ranging from $85,000 to $90,000 annually, with potential to earn up to $95,000 for exceptional candidates. This position provides a hybrid work arrangement, balancing three days remote and two days in-office, providing both flexibility and collaboration opportunities. As the Payroll Manager, you'll be responsible for managing payroll functions for approximately 2,500 employees, including processing exempt payroll semi-monthly and non-exempt payroll biweekly. Your expertise in multi-state payroll processing and proficiency with Workday are essential.
