- We, ProPivotal is one of the largest Boston-based staffing firms and due to our growth, are looking to add a passionate Manager of Business Development
- Boston Business Journal recognized us as the best Massachusetts company to work for in our size category. We provide staffing services in the Office Support, Creative, Healthcare, Human Resources, Technical, and Finance fields.
- You and the staff you supervise, will be speaking with candidates who are looking for a job (or a new job)
Manager of Business Development Responsibilities:
- Help job seekers navigate the labyrinth of modern-day job hunting
- Present job opportunities to job seekers and coach them on taking their career to the next level
- Interpret experience on candidate resumes and improve utilization of candidate leads
- Develop, supervise, and motivate remote staff in a way that is fun for all
- Work alongside teams within the business to address client and business needs
Manager of Business Development Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years of successful experience as a Business Development Representative
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Willing to commute to our Boston office
