LPN - $48 per hour 

We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide critical support. This role involves administering essential care and offering direct support to residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on nursing care following hospital standards
• Administer and supervise medication per protocols
• Respond to emergencies and document patient care accurately

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of LPN experience
• MA LPN license (active and valid)
• CPR certification & tracheotomy experience preferred
