A well-known service provider specializing in offering a range of support services to academic institutions, primarily within the Boston, Massachusetts region. These services include shuttle transportation, parking management, and energy management services. By providing these services, the company plays a vital role in enhancing the convenience, efficiency, and sustainability of the academic and medical institutions in the area and their surrounding community.

  • Organizing files and ensuring proper documentation
  • Office coordination, including calendar management

  • At least 1 year of legal experience in an office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Skilled at organizing and efficiently completing tasks in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work in the office in Boston, MA
