Social Worker Supervisor
About the Role
The Social Worker Supervisor supports program operations,
supervises clinical staff, and may provide direct services to children and
youth. This role also builds relationships with agency partners and contributes
to program development.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead training
programs for foster parents and staff
- Provide evaluations,
individual, and group clinical services
- Supervise clinical staff and
interns
- Ensure compliance with
clinical and regulatory standards
- Conduct and document clinical
supervision meetings
- Report to the Program
Director and provide feedback
Required Experience
- Master’s in Social Work or
related field
- 5+ years of relevant client
service experience
- One of the following independent
clinical licenses: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Strong leadership and
decision-making skills
- Ability to provide clinical supervision
