We’re hiring a Social Services Outreach Coordinator to help families access critical childcare assistance and community services. Key Responsibilities

• Guide families through the childcare subsidy eligibility process
• Add families to the statewide childcare waitlist
• Provide clear, helpful information about local childcare programs and community resources
• Use platforms like iCarol to track cases, referrals, and follow-ups
• Identify needs and connect families with relevant social service agencies
• Apply policies from the Department of Early Education & Care (EEC)
• Work toward earning your AIRS certification to grow in the field

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and conversational in Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole
• 1+ year of experience in a call center, human services, or client support role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with digital tools and online case management systems
• A heart for service and a desire to help families succeed
