Skilled Nursing Facility CNA

Job Summary:

Our partner senior care facility is urgently hiring a skilled CNA to provide compassionate care in a long-term care environment. This is a critical role supporting elderly residents and maintaining quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, hygiene, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support dementia patients with sensitivity and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents

Required Experience:

• 2+ years working as a CNA in a long-term care or senior living facility

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Prior work with dementia care patients
• Experience on afternoon or overnight shifts

Required Skills:

• Active CNA license (must be verifiable in the Mass.gov CNA registry)
• Ability to complete Dementia Certification training (training provided at no cost)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
