What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of industrial real estate properties
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, review financial statements, and analyze lease agreements in Yardi
• Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and lender reporting
• Assist with debt compliance, audits, and financial analysis

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 5 - 10 years of experience in commercial real estate accounting
• Proficiency in Yardi software for lease and financial management
• Strong GAAP knowledge with experience in month-end close & financial reporting
• Advanced Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
