Senior Property Manager

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, and industrial properties in the Boston market. This high-impact role reports directly to the President & CEO and COO and involves managing all on-site property teams, including Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Maintenance, and Facilities staff (totaling 15-20 employees). The ideal candidate has multi-site experience, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on management approach.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 
  • Bonus: Up to 10% discretionary, with additional performance-based bonuses
  • Premium Benefit Package: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match
  • Work Schedule: In-office daily or visiting properties regularly

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, and residential properties
  • Lead and manage on-site property teams to ensure staffing, efficiency, and smooth operations
  • Handle maintenance requests, vendor contracts, and supply inventory for all properties
  • Utilize Excel and database systems for financial tracking, reporting, and client records management
  • Organize meetings, property visits, and procedural updates to maintain compliance and efficiency

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of property management experience (multi-site experience preferred)
  • Hands-on leadership experience managing property teams across various asset classes
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)

Required Skills:

  • Property & Facilities Management: Expertise in overseeing multi-site properties, managing teams, and ensuring operational efficiency
  • Financial & Data Management: Ability to analyze reports, track expenses, and optimize budgets using Microsoft Excel and database systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with commercial, residential, and industrial asset management
  • Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Familiarity with property management software and reporting tools
