School Administrative Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors warmly, directing them efficiently
  • Manage incoming phone calls and front desk communications
  • Support the Vice Principal and Director of School Operations with admin tasks
  • Maintain supply inventory and order office materials as needed
  • Handle multiple requests with professionalism and composure
  • Represent the school positively in all interactions
  • Assist in internal communications with students, families, and faculty

Required Experience:

  • 1–3 years in administrative or front office support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and general Microsoft Office tools

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Prior experience in a school setting or working with diverse communities
  • Supported leadership roles (e.g., principal, executive assistant)
  • Bilingual or multilingual in Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese
