Sales Operations Specialist (B2B)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. Ideal candidates would have supported a sales manager or management team.

This role is with a well-known company known for travel and vacation experiences

The pay for this role is $25/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, review, and process signed contracts for both B2B sales teams
  • Manage Salesforce to support strategic sales decisions
  • Develop and deliver dashboards, and reports, to support the sales and operations teams
  • Serve as a liaison between the Sales and Legal teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements within Salesforce and NetSuite to increase efficiency and reduce risk
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing training to sales team members on tools, processes, and workflows
  • Support forecasting, pipeline reporting, and troubleshooting related to CRM and order processing
  • Contribute to client satisfaction and revenue growth by optimizing sales support and operational processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or Sales Support role in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Finance)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar enterprise systems
  • Background in training or onboarding new team members
  • Exposure to contract lifecycle management or legal documentation processes
  • Experience in high-growth or tech-driven organizations
