Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – $40 - $48/hr

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care in group home settings. In this role, you’ll administer treatments, guide support staff, and help residents stay engaged in their community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans
• Perform routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications/treatments
• Train and support direct care staff on best practices for patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Assist with resident transportation to medical appointments, community events, and activities

Required Experience:

• 1+ year of LPN experience in a healthcare or group home setting

Required Skills:

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts
• Proficiency in medication administration and patient documentation
• Experience in group home or similar care environments
