Licensed Practical Nurse $40+ /hour

Join our team as a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), where you'll deliver essential care and hands-on support to residents in group home settings. Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans
• Perform routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer treatments and medications
• Train direct support staff on patient care best practices
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
• Transport residents to medical appointments, community events, and activities

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts
• At least 1 year LPN experience
• Proficiency in administering medications and documenting patient care
• Experience working in group home or similar settings
