Direct Support Professional $22/hr

Join us as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our organization is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve through compassionate and personalized care. In this role, you’ll provide essential support in daily living activities and community integration, ensuring that everyone receives the care and attention they need to thrive. This role is in Stockbridge, MA and pays up to $27/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with habilitative, behavioral, and recreational programs
• Support daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Administer medications and report concerns to supervisors
• Provide physical assistance, mobility support, and transportation

Qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in daily living support
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
