Job Summary
Our partner, a world leader in travel planning is looking to hire an Corporate Events Coordinator. The Corporate Events Coordinator will play a critical role in planning and executing corporate events. This hands-on role involves end-to-end event management, including registration, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution. The role offers opportunities for travel and career growth within a dynamic, high-energy team.

Pay for this role is $35/hour


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute corporate events (up to 100 attendees), including tradeshows, conferences, and workshops.
  • Manage event registration platforms, attendee lists, and event check-ins.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including vendor management, venue setup, and on-site troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with the Destination Management Team to handle event inventory and shipments.
  • Lift and transport event materials (up to 50 pounds), including swag and inventory, at the Needham, MA headquarters.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience managing corporate events end-to-end (tradeshows, conferences, workshops).
  • Experience using any event registration software such as Cvent, Evenium, RainFocus, or similar.
  • Must have a valid unexpired passport
  • Ability to get to the Needham office for meetings
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Experience working in a global event environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets for attendee tracking and logistics management.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) for workflow coordination.
