Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

- Work with clients to build strategies to overcome any challenges

- Communicate with clients to better understand what goals they aim to accomplish

- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied

- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms

- Managing the full cycle new client development process from initial outreach to meeting set-up and strategic growth planning

- Study the competition to find new ways to retain customers

Client Relationship Manager Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

- Must be able and willing to work on-site in the downtown Boston office

- 3+ years of client management/new business development experience

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Problem-solving aptitude
