AP Coordinator Up to $75,000/year

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations by managing invoices, assisting with payables, and generating monthly financial reports. If you have a strong background in accounts payable and thrive in collaborative environments, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and ensure accuracy of incoming invoices
  • Support Project Managers in preparing weekly payment schedules
  • Create and distribute monthly reports for billing and project assessments
  • Manage monthly invoicing processes utilizing completed billing forms
  • Prepare and share monthly financial summaries with Project Managers and the CFO

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of accounts payable experience, ideally in the construction or real estate industries
  • Experience with project contracts, invoices, and change order documents
  • Familiarity with Timberline/Sage 300, T-Scan, or Avid software a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technology
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (preferred)
