Insurance Information Specialist - Call Center ($19/hr)

Pay:

• $19 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from clients regarding insurance policies and inquiries
• Provide accurate and detailed information about insurance coverage, premiums, and claims
• Update and maintain customer records in the database, including confidential information
• Assist clients in navigating online portals and self-service options
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
• Highly detail oriented 
• Familiarity with insurance terminology
