Financial Analyst with Big 4 Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team in Boston, MA. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with employee funds and gain exposure to limited partner interactions. With heavy accounting, reporting, and analytical responsibilities tied to these funds, this position is ideal for someone looking to engage deeply in financial operations. The role also involves significant involvement in special projects, including annual meetings, fundraising, and investor relations, providing a unique chance to be involved in all aspects of our financial management.

What we are looking for:

• 2-4 years of Big Four public accounting experience preferred
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong expertise in GAAP financial reporting
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Investran is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
