We are currently seeking an Entry Level University Admin to join our team at the university office. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in administrative work, and a strong desire to learn and grow in an administrative role. In this position, you will assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office and provide exceptional service to students, faculty, and staff. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and assisting with special projects as needed. The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
