Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals in participating in habilitative, behavioral, and recreational activities
• Administer medication, provide physical support, and report any concerns to supervisors
• Help with daily tasks like personal care, hygiene, and developing social skills, encouraging a full and active life
• Drive state vehicles to take individuals to appointments, work, and other activities

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of direct care experience in a similar role
• Able to provide physical assistance, including lifting and supporting individuals as needed
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate state vehicles
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19
