Direct Care Worker (Sunday - Thursday 1st shift)

What To Know:

  •  ($23-$30/hr) pay rate
  • Must have daily access to a vehicle
  • Must be vaccinated or has an exemption to it
  • Sunday to Thursday (1st Shift); Friday and Saturday off

About the opportunity:

  • Our client is currently looking for a Direct Care Worker.
  • They offer services and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and children with developmental disabilities
  • You will provide direct care services and assist them with the activities of daily living


  • Provides support, encouragement, and companionship by engaging clients in activities
  • Arranges or provides transportation to appointments, supermarkets, etc.
  • Helps client with self-care, such as toileting, bathing, dressing, and brushing teeth
  • Assists clients with ambulation and mobility as needed


Requirements and Skills:

  • Must have a valid, current driver's license
  • CPR and First Aid certification is required
  • At least 6 months of DCW experience
  • Dependable, reliable, and caring
