Corporate Accountant ($85K + bonus + hybrid)

Our client is a leading U.S. alternative asset management company focus on commercial real estate, is looking to hire a Corporate Accountant.

• Compensation of $85,000 year

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the month-end close processes
• Propose and post monthly journal entries related to prepaid assets, other assets, other liabilities and expenses
• Ensure financial records for various entities are maintained in compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Assist with all compliance related matters including, quarterly reviews and year-end audit support

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Minimum GPA 3.0)
• 1-3 years of accounting experience 
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred:

• Public Accounting and CPA or CPA candidate
• Proficiency with General Ledger
