We are looking for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative.  This is an exciting opportunity to support families in need of childcare financial assistance and provide them with the tools to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess family eligibility for childcare financial assistance/subsidy programs
  • Provide accurate information on local childcare programs and providers
  • Enter data accurately into various online systems, ensuring data integrity

Requirements:

  • Bi-lingual Required (Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole) plus English
  • At least 1 year experience in: Health and Human Services or Call Center experience
  • Experience with childcare subsidy programs or service referrals is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to get to Framingham, MA for a hybrid work set-up
