Administrative Support for Academic Affairs ($25/hr)


About the opening:

  • Pay rate of up to $25/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Academic Affairs department.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to academic programs and initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication between faculty, staff, and students.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for departmental use.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries from students, faculty, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a university or higher education setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of academic affairs processes and procedures is preferred.
