Right now, they are searching for an Administrative Assistant to help with the everyday tasks in the office. This is a hybrid opportunity.

This person will:

  • Overall daily support of managing directors for scheduling and coordinating staff meetings or appointments
  • Being a helpful and friendly face for any students, faculty or families visiting
  • Organizing, managing, and keeping an office running
  • Managing confidential information and systems
  • Conducting communication both over the phone and email

This person must have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an office setting
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Professional and friendly communication skills
