Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives and staff, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accuracy of records.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete special projects and tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support roles including calendar management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
