Essential Duties:

  •  Provide backup and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed.
  •  Supervise property accountants
  •  Review or prepare property-level financial statements and work papers.
  • Record journal entries

Qualifications:

  •  BS degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • High proficiency in Excel software.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in real estate accounting.
  • Yardi experience is a plus
