Accountant

We’re hiring an Accountant to join our fast-growing finance team. This is a newly created role driven by increased business volume—an excellent opportunity to grow with a high-performing accounting group under strong leadership. You'll be hands-on with cash and general ledger accounting and will regularly interface with internal teams and external partners. This hybrid role offers high visibility, mentorship, a flexible schedule (4 days in-office), and competitive compensation—including up to $70K salary, a 5–10% annual bonus, and full benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile high-volume cash and escrow accounts
• Manage and track daily cash activity with precision
• Support general ledger and operational accounting tasks
• Collaborate with brokers, sales agents, and internal teams

Required Experience:

• 1–3 years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Experience with high-volume transaction reconciliation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
