Account Manager (B2B)

As an Account Manager (B2B), you will earn $25 per hour while playing a vital role in supporting Destination Managers by identifying product opportunities, driving improvements, and managing internal operations. You will analyze market trends, track performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product offerings and strengthen the company’s market position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct research on products, categories, and destinations to identify market gaps and opportunities (e.g., group vs. private tours, competitive pricing, availability, and quality)
  • Assist in product optimization by coordinating with third-party teams and suppliers to enhance offerings
  • Generate and analyze performance reports using Looker and track insights via Google Sheets
  • Support pricing, availability, and competitive analyses to recommend new products and improvements
  • Collaborate closely with operations, account management, and sales teams to drive business results and proactively address challenges
  • Communicate effectively across teams, asking insightful questions to maintain a competitive edge

What You Bring:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, account coordination, sales support, or internal operations, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and independent working style
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Looker is a plus (training will be provided)
  • Excellent written communication skills for clear internal documentation and correspondence
  • Travel industry experience is advantageous but not required
