Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling, helping new students, and performing any necessary reception duties.
  • Helping to set up study hall by keeping an eye on things and arranging with coaches.
  • Records the institute's ongoing operations and initiatives.
  • Other responsibilities include handling phones, clerical duties and some data entry.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • At least 1 year of administrative and data entry experience in an academic setting.
  • Proficiency in other MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail.
