Responsibilities:

• Answer inquiries from students, faculty members and secondary institutions as well as business associates and consumers
• Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards that are in line with the policies of the College and its student data, as well as other protected records
• Assists with student registration and provides information for students regarding scheduling and advising
• Demonstrate professionalism and provide quality customer service consistent with the College's values

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of Administrative Experience in Higher Education setup
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
