Key Details:

On-site training in Framingham, MA
Shift/Schedule vary but we will work with you to find a shift that meets your best preferences
Pay: $22/hour

What You'll Do:

Take calls from individuals facing emotional distress or crisis
Listen actively, show empathy, and remain calm during intense conversations
Help de-escalate high-stress situations and contact emergency services when needed

What You Need:

At least 1 year of experience in a call center role, handling inbound calls
Must have a windows PC for any work-from-home shifts
Proficient with Google Chrome and the Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have:

Previous experience in mental health, crisis, or support setting
Familiarity with de-escalation or counseling techniques
Any supervisory or management experience in a call center environment
