Crisis Intervention Specialist – Framingham, Massachusetts

Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or support-related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Chrome
• Exceptional empathy and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-stress environment and exercise sound judgment
• High School Degree or GED

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in emergency or crisis support roles
• Experience working within mental health or high-stress settings
