Crisis Line Representative – Framingham, Massachusetts

Join a nationwide mental health crisis line dedicated to providing compassionate, immediate support to individuals during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. As a Crisis Line Representative, you'll be part of a team that helps people navigate emotional distress, mental health challenges, and suicidal thoughts while connecting callers with appropriate resources and emergency support when needed. Pay for this role is $22 per hour.

• Document calls accurately and maintain detailed records
• Transition between calls professionally while maintaining emotional resilience
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, call center, or related support role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 and Google Chrome
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong empathy with the ability to remain calm under stress
• Sound judgment aligned with established protocols
