Tenant Services and Operations – Boston, Massachusetts
If you want a career in commercial real estate and you have even a little real estate exposure, this is a strong place to start. This in office role supports a multi property portfolio and gives you hands on experience with tenants, vendors, building operations, and day to day coordination.
Key Details
* Location: Greater Boston area, typically Cambridge with regular travel to nearby properties
* Compensation: $60k - $80k based on experience. Plus 10% - 20% bonus

What You Will Do
* Be a front line contact for tenants, handling questions, service requests, updates, and general support
* Track and coordinate work orders, vendor dispatch, follow up, and communication through completion
* Support tenant move ins and move outs, building access coordination, welcome materials, and tenant information updates
* Help plan tenant experience initiatives and events, including communications and vendor coordination
* Support recurring property meetings, take notes, track action items, and keep projects moving
* Maintain accurate property records, contact lists, manuals, procedures, and communication templates
* Assist with vendor documentation, certificates of insurance tracking, and basic contract file management
* Support budgeting and monthly administrative tasks such as invoice processing and tenant billing support
* Conduct property walk throughs as needed and escalate issues to the right stakeholders

Requirements
* Some experience in real estate, including internships
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Strong organization, follow through, and comfort managing multiple priorities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between properties
Nice To Have
* Experience in property management, tenant services, facilities, office coordination, or operations
* Interest in sustainability initiatives or operational tracking
