A state-of-the-art, brand-new facility offering a laid-back, supportive environment for both staff and residents is looking for a strong CNA. This is a great opportunity to work at a facility that provides memory care and healthcare to a tight-knit community of veteran residents who appreciate camaraderie and high-quality care.

Key Details:

Hours: 11pm - 7am
Days: Options to work Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon
Pay: $25/hour
Location: Chelsea, MA. There are free on-site parking options and nearby MBTA access

Duties:

Provides exceptional nursing care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN
Records vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as part of nursing care plan and enters data into Meditech
Communicates with patients for assistance or social and emotional support
Maintains a safe and hygienic environment as part of the patient
Provides physical support to assist patients to perform daily living activities, including but not limited to, getting out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, standing, or walking.
Gathers and documents information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition

Requirements:

Active or Current CNA certification in Massachusetts
At least 1-2 years of long term care or skilled nursing experience
Availability to work every weekend, overnight shift (11pm to 7am) Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OR Saturday, Sunday, and Monday

Preferred Qualifications:

Dementia Care Training (we can help get you this)
