Job Type: Direct Hire
Location: West Roxbury, MA
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM + one Saturday/month (9:00 AM-3:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $48/hour
Parking: Free on-site employee parking

You'll help launch and support a culturally respectful program built specifically for the Latino community, working with seniors who truly benefit from consistency, trust, and compassionate care. This is meaningful clinical work in a supportive, team-based environment (not a revolving-door floor nursing role).

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day nursing oversight, health monitoring, and clinical support for adult day health participants
Communicate clearly with participants and families in Spanish (and collaborate with English-speaking internal teams)
Document accurately and on time in the EMR (Home Care GPS) and maintain compliant clinical records
Support seniors with memory loss and cognitive challenges with patience and professionalism
Partner closely with program staff and assist with onboarding/training as needed
Maintain compliance with DPH regulations and center policies

Credentials

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Massachusetts)
This site is open to hiring newly licensed RN and RNs with any amount of experience

Required Qualifications

Professional Spanish fluency (able to communicate comfortably with Spanish-speaking participants/families)
Experience supporting seniors (adult day health, assisted living, long-term care, home care, etc.)
Comfort with EMR systems and basic computer skills
Strong documentation habits and ability to manage time in a structured clinical day
