We're opening a brand-new Latino-Spanish Adult Day Health Center in West Roxbury and are seeking a compassionate RN to help launch and support this community-focused program. In this role, you'll provide health monitoring, clinical support, and culturally respectful care to seniors while working closely with families and staff. Spanish fluency is required.
Location
- New Center: West Roxbury, MA
- Free Parking: Available (on-site at West Roxbury)
Pay + Schedule
- Pay: $45-$48/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- one Saturday per month (9:00 AM-3:00 PM)
What You'll Do
- Provide nursing oversight, health monitoring, and daily clinical support for adult day health participants
- Communicate with participants and families in Spanish
- Complete EMR documentation (Home Care GPS) and maintain accurate records
- Support seniors, including individuals with memory loss/cognitive challenges
- Collaborate closely with staff and support the team wherever needed
Required Skills
- Professional Spanish (required)
- Experience working with seniors (adult day health, assisted living, nursing home, home care, etc.)
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine love for senior care
- Comfort with EMR systems and basic computer skills
- Strong communication and a team-first mindset
Required Education / License
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
