Be the welcoming face of a busy program office, interacting with students, staff, and faculty daily.  This is a great opportunity to sharpen your organizational, customer service, and administrative skills.

Key Details:

  • Part-time schedule (20 hours/week, Monday–Thursday) 
  • Pay up to $25/hr
What You’ll Do:
  • Greet and assist visitors, staff, and students in a professional, friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, provide information, and direct inquiries as needed
  • Support office operations including scheduling, financial processing, and event logistics
  • Assist with event registration, catering coordination, and preparation of materials
  • Track tutor timesheets and contribute to office reporting needs
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Event coordination experience (academic or professional setting)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer service mindset with a professional, welcoming presence
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Familiarity with financial processing and office systems
  • Basic Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop skills
