What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with meaningful exposure to real estate (property management, development, REITs, or fund accounting).
• Solid technical foundation -- full-cycle close, financial reporting, and experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report.
• Proficiency in a recognized real estate or ERP platform (Yardi, MRI, JD Edwards, or similar).
