Pay: $18/hour. This is a fixed rate for every assignment recruited through this posting.

About this kind of work. Trust & safety advisors review accounts, transactions, reports and other detailed information, decide what action is appropriate, and explain those decisions clearly to customers by phone, chat or email while following an established process.

Experience. Experience in trust & safety, fraud, disputes, customer support, or related work is helpful. Transferable experience is welcome -- if your background is in another field, please tell us about it.
