• Oversee property-level accounting across a CRE portfolio
• Manage financial reporting, budgets, and cash flow
• Handle tenant recoveries, JV accounting, and reconciliations
• Ensure loan compliance and support financing activities
• Prepare audited and unaudited financial statements
• Partner with acquisitions/dispositions on financial analysis

• 5+ years of property accounting (CRE preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, joint ventures, and fund structures
• Experience with tenant recoveries and waterfall calculations
• Ability to manage multiple properties and financials
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• Experience with MRI or similar property accounting system
